When booking a trip with us, we require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount at least 45 days prior to your arrival. The remaining balance can be settled in person at our office upon your arrival.

For last-minute bookings within one week of the trip, the full amount is required as an advance payment.
If customers are unable to take their trip or need to cancel their program due to unforeseen circumstances, the company will provide a refund of 70% of the deposit, given that this information is communicated to the office at least 30 days in advance.
Our clients are required to have insurance that covers expenses related to accidents, health care, emergency evacuation, loss of gear, and more.
Any unforeseen event such as adverse weather conditions, trail obstructions, erosion, avalanches, or sudden illness may necessitate a change in the scheduled departure. The itinerary can be tailored to suit the preferences of our clients.

Guests are also urged to keep an open mind in order not only to learn from their hosts but also set a positive example for others while spreading awareness about sustainable tourism.
