Booking Process

When making a reservation with us, we require a copy of your passport and a non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the total trip cost per person. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival at our office, but full payment must be made before the trip's departure. For last-minute bookings within one week of the trip, the full amount is required as an advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

If customers are unable to take their trip or need to cancel their program due to unforeseen circumstances, the company will provide a refund of 70% of the deposit, given that this information is communicated to the office at least 30 days in advance.

Insurance

Our clients are required to have insurance that covers expenses related to accidents, health care, emergency evacuation, loss of gear, and more.

Program Change/Delay

Any unforeseen event such as adverse weather conditions, trail obstructions, erosion, avalanches, or sudden illness may necessitate a change in the scheduled departure. The itinerary can be tailored to suit the preferences of our clients.

Responsible Travel

Our guiding principle is "Take only photographs, leave only footprints," and we're dedicated to promoting sustainable tourism. We ask our clients to follow a minimum impact code during their trip in order to ensure the long-term well-being of both the local environment, culture, and people as well as the travelers themselves.

Clients are strongly encouraged to preserve nature and its beauty, respect local customs and privacy, minimize pollution, safeguard wildlife, and conserve forests. Guests are also urged to keep an open mind in order not only to learn from their hosts but also set a positive example for others while spreading awareness about sustainable tourism.
